Refund policy

Because our products are custom-made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges if you change of mind or have ordered the incorrect size. 

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos of the issue and the packaging (if damaged). We will gladly send a complimentary replacement or issue a refund.
